Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (also abbreviated as TMNT), to be released in 2007, will be the fourth Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film released in the TMNT franchise. This film will be created using computer-generated imagery (CGI) by Imagi. It will be the first film in the franchise in 14 years, the last one being released in 1993.

The film will be released on March 30, 2007. The teaser trailer was released online on July 20th 2006. The first unofficial poster includes Leonardo holding one of his Katanas.

After the defeat of their old arch nemesis, The Shredder, the Turtles have grown apart as a family. Struggling to keep them together, their rat sensei, Master Splinter, becomes worried when strange things begin to brew in New York City. Tech-industrialist Max Winters is amassing an army of ancient monsters to apparently take over the world.

According to interviews at Comic Con, this film will follow the 2nd movie, but there will be nods to the animated series and previous films (including 3). It will be a "rebirth" film.

Also, Casey Jones and April O'Neil will return, with this film building on their romance in the first film.

So far, Japanese American actor Mako has been announced as the voice of Master Splinter. Other than that, no official announcements have been made, although IMDb currently has Quinton Flynn listed as the voice for Casey Jones.Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify this document under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation; with no Invariant Sections, with no Front-Cover Texts, and with no Back-Cover Texts.
